I love Josh pate.
Norvell cannot fix his passing flaws. He stares down receivers, holds onto the ball too long at times, and is easily tricked by disguised coverages. Moreover, FSU has a pretty pedestrian WR room based on what I saw in the spring game, which amplifies the passing game issue.
What he can do however, is use DJ’s legs. They’ll use him a lot on short conversions and look to probably chew clock with sustained drives. Puts a lot of pressure on your defense stand firm for 60 minutes. If you go up double digits in the 2H and force Norvell to open up the passing game, that’s where it can get ugly rather quickly.
