I think Deion is a good coach and a good recruiter. The problem for them will be NIL. They are behind the eightball in that department. Until they figure it out it doesn't matter who is coaching there. Recruits ain't coming.

It's more than NIL. How many former NFL Players have made a successful transition to P5 HC at 55 years old? I'd say the number of approximately zero. I got nothing against Deion, but the reality is that the successful P5 HCs don't sleep. When you are already a multimillionaire HOF, it's easy to say "f#ck this, I don't need to deal with these fans anymore" and walk away when they are calling for your immediate firing because you lost to a G5 squad. Cristobal was up texting recruits at 430 AM just a couple days ago. Im glad Deion is having success at the FCS level, but trying to save FSU is a fool's errand and I don't think PrimeTime is going to suddenly turn into a guy who sleeps 3 hours a night and has nothing else in his life except game planning, scouting, and recruiting.

I hear ya fam, and as a native Miamian who's been to several games at the OB, I'll affirm that was par for the course. Can you imagine being a 7-9 year old at those games in the early 90's??? I was happy with my team kicking *** up & down the field but scared ****less that the OB might collapse on our asses...

****. I’m jealous of you guys. Can’t imagine growing up down there and being able to be closer to the program you are crazy about. All you guys must have great memories. All I had growing up for the most part are holes in my drywall that my father had to spackle and a box of broken remote controls

There was a dude in my section at that game that was decked out in Gator gear. He got pretty roughed up. Always wondered if he made it out alive lol. There were some south Florida savages out that night at that game.
