Why are we picking on Witt? Kid would have been a nice player here, but had a career ending injury.

Love me some Rohan! Truth be told, he was under sized but he played with such vengeance that he always seemed bigger! I just loved his attitude, loyalty, and he GOT IT! Even to this day he reps and he still gets it.

Tough choice, I think having his mentality in the locker room and in practice would have been great, but the program is not in a position to afford an offer to him. Wish nico the best!
 
Witt could have been a decent player as an upperclassman. He definitely wasn't smelling time before then, and he is definitely of service as a scout team player. Wish that kid well, its a shame what happened to him.

I know Witt had concussion issues but was there a specific injury that ended his career or was it cumulative? I never really knew what exactly happened to Witt. Kid had nice tape.

Does Nico play in the Lullaby League? We ain't got time for midgets around here. Nice story to see him overcome his handicap, but please. U*** would have turned a midget like that into a tiny skidmark last Saturday.
 
Funny, I always considered the recruiting of Rohan Marley to be a step down for the Canes. We just ended the era of the troika of Daren Smith, Mike Barrow and Jessie Armsted all close to 4.4 with size so I was spoiled. Marley had grit but size is size is size and sooner or later teams will exploit it and they did. Erickson was in decline then so I wasn't really thrilled with a lot of things. Golden and staff wouldn't consider him today.

Didn't Rohan straight quit the team the summer before his senior year? Not to go pro or anything. He just didn't like Butch so he left?

Dude looks like Danny DeVito running around out there on the field. He got most of his tackles the other day from dudes just tripping over him like a kid's loose Leggos on the floor.
