This! Have we EVER worn old gold and black? WTF adidas?! I know about the "ND South" look we had back in Ted Hendricks' day (Green and Gold). Maybe the adidas' crack "research team", got a hold of some old pics from that era, and without fuccin asking anybody, figured that what they were looking at, were black and gold uniforms , and decided to do a throwbyke jersey :noidea: . Got us outchea looking like Purdue or Colorado in dem *****. Fucc Adidas!

I know this might be "busy", but I would love to see us put the U on the back of the helmet, kinda how Oregon sometimes has the O at the back of the helmet.

Could be a smaller U, doesn't have to be huge.

Adidas’ motives right now are not altruistic. Adidas have always placed their weight behind who is making them look good at the moment.

Last season, UW was their darling, & all their attention went towards them. This season, UW has become an afterthought b/c they haven’t replicated the same results. With Cam now in the fold, & Miami firmly in the CFP discussion, they r using us as a marketing ploy. So enjoy this ride, too, while it last.

I mean I appreciate/understand the attention. Just sucks their design team sucks.

Honestly what’s the point of all of these random jersey designs? I could understand if these were alternates we were going to wear, like how Nike did their pro combat alternates for everyone. But it feels like they’re just slapping the U on whatever scraps are left in the warehouse. There’s no rhyme or reason to these designs.

It dropped today in certain locations; but the actual drop drop is supposed to happen within the next few weeks, & it may be a shock drop. Retailers will have them, as well. From what I was told Vanessa want as many as his fans to have them, so timing is everything.

Will do; Nike has kinda gotten back to shock drops methods; Dec. 6th Nike x Kobe 8 Air Forces r dropping, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the cleats drop officially some time around then. I’ll keep my ears out.

Also, Deion is dropping his retro Air Diamond Turfs soon. 2025 is going to be a crazy drop session. Their stock prices are soaring (like I said it would back before The Olympics), & they’ve re-partnered w/ Footlocker, whose stock has risen again. I asked my boy about the cleats & he said stay tuned.

Appreciate it!! Ima be fresh AF coaching my son in pop warner in a couple years 😂 and man I hope we get back to Nike asap, would kill for a Miami PE Kobe cleat
