New Depth Chart for BC

Did you just say Kendall Thompkins - playmaker?

el o el

He sure did, dude has more fumbles than career catches.

Kendall is a guy that can turn a five yard pass into a 20 or 30 plus gain. He is very difficult to tackle. A play maker is someone who just has an uncanny ability to get those extra yards or turn a small gain into a 20 plus yard gain. Kendall has this ability and really has stepped up.

What is interesting about Kendall is that he may have been the best receiver out of all his Northwestern teammates. He played mostly in the shadow of his teammates. The question is how will he handle being in the spot light.

City,

where's the proof, how many career receptions does he have? Do I want him to succeed, absolutely, but the kid has been nothing but a greentree all-american to this point.

I have yet to see this at the college level

I like the enthusiasm........ but can a player step up before a single down of the season is played?

I mean if you want to look at it from a negative angle than you are correct that he has not played much. Kendall does not have to put up NFL 1st day type numbers for UM to win. He simply needs to do what he does best and that is make plays while turning those 5 to 7 yard catches into 20 and 30 yard gains.

Not to call you out, but what college wr consistently makes 5-7 yard grabs 20-30 yard plays? I would like a comparison as to what KT is going to be in your opinion.

the same stuff bein said about KT was said about Streeter up until the season started, and before him it was Hankerson, and before that Darnell Jenkins.

He could be dj, Streeter, or Hank. Or he could be Khalil Jones.

I trust in this staff to put the best players on the field.

Kendall may be one of those players that were simply buried on the depth chart. He sat behind quite a few players. Look who he sat behind

Leonard Hankerson -NFL
Travis Benjamin -NFL
Tommie Streeter- Currently NFL
Laron Byrd- Currently NFL
kayne Farquharson -Big Time Recruit (Productive while at UM)
Thearon Collier - Big Time recruit - (Productive While at UM)
Aldarius Johnson - Big Time recruit

So he played behind some good players. He may be a kid that simply blossoms now that he has a chance to play. Got to give him credit. He was very patient and stuck with it.

**** I had us at 8 wins. After reading that Depth chart I'm scrrrred. I need more koolaid.

people were saying pretty much that same thing about streeter at this point last season. does that mean he will break out.... to be seen
we should all be hoping he does because that is what will be good for the team

You guys remember how lost McCord looked a few weeks ago? He's our backup DE. But yeah, we're better on defense...

That was his first scrimmage. Like you said, that was weeks ago. Maybe it just took him a little longer to adjust than the other freshmen. If he was an EE I would've been worried, but he wasn't.

IS it me or does the dline look the same as last year?

Still got Olsen Pierre still got Darius Smith..SMH

The more things change the more they stay the same...

Gonna be a lot of disappointed fans after BC game

we probly when 21-20

I approve this message.
I thought the same thing when all were recruited. I thought KT was the most complete WR out of the 3. Prove me right KT.
