Who did you expect? This is an out of the box hire. Whether it will be successful remains to be seen but I like that we at least have the ability to go this route.

Ferman has sources, his problem is that he likes to make a ton of stuff up to make it seem like he is more connected than he really is.

Good hire. Expect a lot of complaining that we didn’t hire Bill Belichick as our DC but this guys is very good and has proven he can do it at a couple of different places.

I do like this hire I just think it was mishandled. If Mario doesn't perform with these two coordinators, especially with the way he's mishandled this process, the launch sequence will have been initiated...
