No hate because I wouldn't expect the coaches to respond any other way than how they did, but god**** it if these answers aren't the most boring, canned responses I've ever heard.

I agree with this. However, canned responses notwithstanding, I think we could have the best coaching staff we have had at Miami in over 20 years. They have to go prove it on the field but outside of maybe 1 coach that I need to show me something, I really like this staff.

I said from the very beginning that in order for Mario to have success here that he would have to surround himself with great coordinators and position coaches. This is finally starting to resemble that.

I hope there is a deprogramming department for recruiters wanting to leave, taking Mario’s skills and using against us, like laser therapy or something to erase it…

Not knowing much about Zac or Will I had to inquire about them both. The feedback was definitely positive. Damione I didn't need too. I am wait and see on Heatherman as DC with only 1 year at this level, but I feel very optimistic with this staff. They also have to jell together as a staff most importantly. Hit a couple spots in the portal and this team better be playing Clemson for the ACC championship this season.

It’ll probably work just as well as it did for all of the folks who left Saban. That’s one weakness none of them have is recruiting. Some better than others but all his guys are above average at it.

Well that settles the fact that Hetherman was involved in the assistant coach interviews and hires. Seems like a group that is aligned well.

We beat the **** out of them in their own house and he managed to get a higher ranked class than us out of it so he’s not too bad at it. Even if he’s a snake oil salesman
