NCAA Update Baryy Jackson 12/29

I have been saying this for a while, the U is playing the game. This signals to me that the NOA is very near and the U is telling the NCAA be ready for the fight of your life if you bring an allegation of LOIC.
Realistically what can the University do if the NCAA declares LOIC? While I'm hoping for the best, the NCAA holds all of the cards.

The NCAA really has two groups here, Molly Richman's group and the COI. Although under the NCAA umbrella, they are separate entities. UM will take the offensive in defending itself against the allegations, and potentially go after Richman's group on the way they conducted the investigation. Going to be interesting, and most people think the NOA comes this week or next week.

Yep, exactly.

Who are most people? I haven't seen that anywhere

Who's said they think it comes that soon?

I just hope it works our. From my vantage point, we made a deal with the devil by taking two bowl bans. I hope these stellar lawyers no what they're doing, but I trust the NCAA as far as I can throw Paul Dee's dead fat ***.
