NCAA trying to bury us.

there are allot of unknowns, experts and opinions.. but here are things that are for sure

1. we did commit violations
2. we did pay for them (2 bowl bans + ACCCG + suspended players + paid money back)
3. NCAA messed up the investigation
4. the hearing is around the corner and the decision will be made IMO in about a month after

the betting bs unless Shapiro has some new evidence that he forgot to give the NCAA it will be just an article. If there are some concerete evidence NCAA will look in to it an make a decision if it should investigate further.. they will no longer just take Shapiros word so I am guessing whatever this is done.


NCAA wants: 1 more bowl ban, scholly reduction and vacating bunch of wins
Miami wants: very modest scholly reduction and that is it
what we want: the NCAA to bring all the investigators in to a room along with Jimbo Fisher and Alex Collins and set the room on fire.

I watched the OTL segment and it was basically a panel of three gas-bags and Bob Lee.

Nothing to see here, IMO.

They basically just regurgitated the same stupid crap over again.

They spoke more about the prevalence of sports betting in CFB, if I remember correctly.

I think the overreaction is due to the poor timing of the accusations, and the fact that this was already investigated and now it's coming out again. We all desperately need closure.

Jay Weaver from the Miami Herald and said that everything Nevin has said is true and that we should over look that he lied under oath because he is being truthful about Miami. Also that its just Miami fans in denial. aslo Said while most hearings are 1 day they have set aside 3 days for us.

Why should we overlook the fact he is known liar, admitted to lying on the stand, admitted to having a vendetta against UM and there is no evidence (not one shred of it)?

I can't wait for this whole thing to be over. Anyone who would take that POS ****piro at his word is a **** fool. He's a convicted felon for lying and stealing. It doesn't get much lower than that. If anyone on that panel believes him they've either been paid off or have a bone to pick with Miami. Most likely both.

The Butner Federal Correctional Complex is about 45 minutes northeast of Durham. From the outside you could mistake it for a college campus, except perhaps for the barb-wire.

It’s often sought after by convicts because its staff and facilities have a good reputation. There are no hardcore maximum security type criminals there. It’s all minimum, low and medium security.

I thought he was in the Federal Penn in Oklahoma & not outside of Durham
