It isnt actually knew either.....Uhhhhh, I thought this was already confirmed years ago. Look at all the best WRs in the league right now. They are no taller than 6’1 except for a handful of guys. They are all fast and quick players that you can deploy anywhere on the field and will create separation quickly as the ball gets out quick in modern day football. The part they leave out is that it’s also not size as functional strength. Players like Devonta even though skinny is strong enough to beat press coverage.

were some of the best wide receivers yearly and none of em weighed 200 pounds .
You need elite speed, or elite route running at those sizes.
I agree with everything you stated ...EXCEPT sMITH AND STRENGTH LOL. Devonta Smith beats press covg with his feet, he does so similar to Chad Johnson...though i think he has a lil more long speed than chad and chad is/was more smooth in his routes but they are eerily similar still
