even if he was cleared now, he wouldn't play and would redshirt. its too late into training camp for him to catch up and pass somebody in the depth chart. he's apart of the 2017 class as far as i'm concerned.

He can still contribute if he busts his butt. He would only need to know a half dozen routes and plays to go in the first 3 games in mop up duty. If he shines at all the staff will spend more time and get him ready for ACC play.
