If Golden is OK with Seantrel on this issue, I'm ok with Seantrel. Who knows exactly what happened? Nobody on one of these message boards in all likelihood. That said, anybody that thinks this whole thing was nothing is naive. No coach wants to tell the media two days in a row they expect a player at practice the next day only to be proven wrong about it. Kind of looks bad. At this point he's back, and has reportedly told the other players he's all in (which he wouldn't have to do if this was "nothing", so let's just hope he's lives up to expectations, and that's the end of this.

Oh please! Seantrel is nothing but an excuse maker. His 4 days off has now cost him 6 days because he can't get in pads for an extra 2 practices. I hope his smoking and joking was worth it. This team is trying to get better and one knuckle head is trying his hardest to keep them down. Golden should have told him since he loves home so much to pack his bags and stay home.

Seantrel looked slimmer than ever. Is healthy. And is now in pads on the field. If this team is going to exceed expectations it will be because Henderson is out there dominating next to Linder who we also need to take his game to the next level as well. The OL level of success will be the offense's level of success.

Agreed completely. That's why many of us are sick and tired of his antics - he has the potential to be the best OT we've had since McKinnie.

Because there are some players, parents, and possible targets that read this board I think this thread should be closed and deleted.

Nobody knows the truth and we're all bashing him based on pure speculation. If the coach has something to say on this kid's behalf then roll with it and shut up. There's no need to ***** and moan based on assumption because it hurts our fan base more than it helps. Just saying.

Golden looked like he had no clue even what day Seantrel was coming back. I dont doubt the reports at all about Seantrel almost being released. All his buddies have already been chased out.

I dont think he will be kicked out. If Golden accepted his return and apology now, he probably intends to keep him. But i think he will violate team rules again and miss at least one game.

I don't know I haven't watch any of the interviews. If Golden said he was excused, he was excused. Yeah, Seantrel will have an excuse whenever he decides to do whatever he wants to do and people like you will make excuses for him. His friend died so he should have gone to the funeral and paid his respect and gotten his *** back to Miami to get ready for the season. When the HC says two days in a row that he expects the boy back for practice the following day somethings wrong. He was also late getting back to summer workouts because _______________________ insert excuse here.

He's lucky I'm not the HC because he would have been gone during the mass exodus.

We'll never go 12-0 when boys on the roster don't pull their heads out of their *** and get serious. Why would Seantrel have to address the team, Kehoe and Linder beg Golden to keep him, and McKinnie have to call Golden if everything was just peachy? Let me guess, none of that happened right?
