Morris ranked 38th on NFL.com list of top 100 seniors

Cool for Stephen. Hard for me to take that list seriously when Antone Exum is listed at #12, he sucks. They follow that up with saying he would've been in the top 5 had he not torn his acl.

Seantrel at #26.

Gil Brandt is the Godfather. I called into his radio show one time to ask about Colin McCarthy's draft prospects, and he knew what high school he went to.

Morris' game vs Florida hurt his stock a bit. If he plays well against FSU and VT he'll shoot up.

Stephen Morris was ranked 17th on the one in the Hot 100 list published in August 11,2013.

Seantrel Henderson was at 21.... so they both have dropped on the list.

Stephen Morris hasn't been healthy and hasnt been in full games during the 1st third of the season.

I can see both of these players continue to fluctuate, and I can see a situation playing out w/ Stephen Morris, similar to EJ Manuel where he shoots up the draft when it's time to impress NFL execs and w/ his combine performances.

May not be a 1st round pick but we'll see.

Morris has the only passing TD's against UF.

Yes but he didn't look good at all besides that spurt in the 1st quarter.

Stephen Morris still had better numbers then any QB that Florida has been up against this year.....

Morris: 162 yards 2 TDs 1 Int

Z. Mettenburger (LSU): 152 yards 0 TDs, 0 int

J. Worley (Tenn.): 149 yards 1 TD 2 Int

Yes he did. But I think you'd agree he didn't play all that well besides the 1st quarter.

I really don't get why people keep acting like it's impossible for Morris to be an early rd draft pick. Did NFL teams finally decide to stop reaching for QB's? Just in the last five years Sanchez, Freeman, Tebow, Locker, Gabbert, Ponder, and Weeden were all 1st round picks and all except Locker have pretty much been given up on by the teams that drafted them. That's only the last five years. All he has to do is get one team to fall in love with his physical abilities. NFL people think they can mold talent and fix just about anything (Denver thought they could teach a FB to throw a forward pass) so fixing the issues he has pales in comparison to some previous QB's.

yeah, there were a couple plays he looked rattled in and missed open receivers.... but Al Golden thought he did a very good job executing the game plan.

Most of that was McDermott getting destroyed by Easly, and Al Golden pulling back the offense and leaning on the defense imo.

Golden basically admitted that we shut down the play-calling.

Morris isn't a smart QB. He will struggle at the next level.

You're the same guy who said that Sean Taylor wasn't one of the best athletic specimens to every play here, so I'm glad to see that Morris will be great in the NFL.
