More unethical behavior by NCAA investigators found

The only way this could get any worse for the NCAA is if Emmert has been raping boys in the NCAA headquarters.

The way the NCAA keeps shooting themselves in the foot, they can't have many toes left.

Dmoney, what else does the U have? There has to be more

What Barry Jackson reported is all I know, but my guess is that more will come out as they dig deeper into Perez.

I'd love to see media start digging into this internal investigation. Once the word "cover up" starts getting thrown around, it will be the end of Emmert.

For those that complain about Donna, be happy she is in charge during this matter. She is working over the NCAA.

Cover up.

I'm almost expecting that to come to light at some point. All Emmert has been doing is trying to save his ***. He's been throwing his underlings under the bus to protect himself and it only stands to reason that he'd try to cover up anything incriminating against himself.

The NCAA is corrupt. I knew that before this BS case. But cot**** it really is mind-boggling the depths of utter incompetence within that POS organization and the tank busting hard-on they had for trying to neg UM into oblivion. Well... **** you NCAA. ****. YOU.

This is beyond reproach. Emmert just might end up getting his *** fired for this. This is a prime example of the corrupt/power hungry/entitled/"we sit in an ivory tower" mentality that the NCAA has had. After reading about this Johanningmeier ******* and this latest revelation, it only says to me that the NCAA really did not ever give a rat's *** about anything but their power trip. They continue to break their own rules, act unethically, and lie to get whatever they want. I really don't know how else to describe "malicious intent" but these ******** have it. I find it so convenient that the letter written for Shapiro and this latest revelation never made it into the review conducted by the law firm. Don't they realize they end up ******** fans/players/coaches/economies with their actions and the punishments they hand down? Some more people - including Emmert should end up getting fired. For the NCAA to be even called a professional organization is a joke. NATIONAL COMMUNISTS AGAINST ATHLETES

Way to go Emmert - Its never your fault. Leadership starts at the top. Sure - some mistakes and wrongful actions will occur, but freaking man up and take some respsonsbility. In retrospect Emmert was probably the nerd growing up that got picked on, and now he has his power trip, but no real leadership to go with it.

One last thing - In regards to this Julie Lach chick - Notice I left "Roe" out. Any chick that keeps her last name or uses her middle name professionally usually cannot be trusted for a variety of reasons - but Im not getting into that now.

This is from cbssports.com espn must get it soon

It looks like the NCAA just can't keep its nose clean in the ongoing Miami sanctions investigation.

A couple of months after we learned that its primary investigator was fired from the case last May for hiring Nevin Shapiro's attorney to help build a case against the school, new information suggests that the investigator's replacement has been doing the exact same thing, according to a report Wednesday from the Miami Herald:

Among the new details in the case: Stephanie Hannah, an NCAA director of enforcement who took over the UM case late last May from fired Ameen Najjar, continued Najjar's policy of working with Shapiro's attorney, Maria Elena Perez, to try to build a case against UM.

This juicy detail just happened to be omitted from the NCAA's report on its improper handling of the case.

But that's not the only new issue to pop up regarding the matter. Miami is now alleging that the NCAA investigators...

...lied to interview subjects by claiming that other people interviewed made comments they never made, in order to trick the subjects into revealing incriminating information they otherwise might not, according to multiple officials familiar with the NCAA's case against UM and former coaches.
Miami will include both new revelations in its motion to dismiss the case that will be submitted to the NCAA on Friday.

The Herald report goes into more detail on the case, but it's pretty clear at this point that the NCAA may be an organization that is either unable, or unwilling, to police itself.

Keep it coming.....Keep it coming.....Explain this one Emmert - this one falls squarely in your lap. You can't even get adults to behave after they have been called out. I don't think anybody would trust you to babysit their children - if something happenned you would find someone else to blame.

So what was Najjar fired for if it wasn't for the Perez dealings?

And if it was in fact for Perez, how the **** did Najjar's replacement continue to use Perez?

Unfortunately the case won't be dismissed. All evidence points to an organization that is deluded with power. They exhibit the exact same actions as despots and dictators do. Completely disregard reality, and can't see their power is eroding around them until its too late.

miami is holding all the cards but since the NCAA has never been challenged like this they are probably dismissing it. They are most likely hunkering down to fight. Hopefully there is one intelligent person there and settles this before it gets uglier for them.
