Now that my friend, is a fun discussion we’ll have next year.

Lofton got crowned and dude couldn’t even locate a walk in TD.

OJ got crowned and he looked like BBQ chicken today when actually targeted.

Markell Bell was declared an NFL player and he got his *** beat by a mediocre pass rush.

And we haven’t even gotten to the kids that can’t crack the field behind all these “trash” players…

Amen. And Aside from the inevitable reduction in available NIL, I don’t think we’re going to be viewed as a desirable destination for top-tier portal players.

And this guy NEEDS that portal help.

This will be what I'm most focused on next year.

Will last years' DL haul show up? Will the LBs improve with Aguirre and Pruitt playing more? What will the WRs look like?

Your answer will come early and often next season. The pressure is on.

The money is cut drastically for 2025 and beyond. $20M NIL roster will never happen here again until someone on this board hits the powerball.

This was the chance.

Indiana crowd funded more money to their collective from basic fans at halftime, excluding their big boosters and 6 figure and beyond donors, a few games ago than Miami has had from basic fan subscriptions and donations dating back to day 1.

It’s over.

So your solution is... to give up? lol thats what your aren't making any sense at all with.
Mario got us here. Tell me are we getting Cam Ward without Mario? **** no, and you know that. And now we are coming off the 7th and 4th HS class, and they will make their impact felt mostly next year and the year after hopefully. And for as much as people like ****ting on our current class its still better than what we were getting under Diaz.

But you're saying we don't have the money to truly compete... okay, so aren't these results Mario is getting good then?

so they went all in to win a title now and ended up with 2 losses and the worst defense in school history.

Mario got the results with one of the best collectives in the country. 10-2 was the ceiling.

Now that the contributions won’t be the same, results will correlate. I’m not sure what’s so hard to understand.

What’s the roster and record look like if you cut $3-5M of players off the squad? Cut Cam, Barrow,etc. and where are we?

So if we repeat or improve on these results (W/L or make Playoffs) from this year, you will say Mario is far outperforming expectations?

They’re not mid

It’s what you do with them that makes you mid or not.

If they’re so good, why can’t they crack the field with all these terrible players we have? Surely they can’t be worse? Or are they not being developed/not ready?

Not sure about the answer there yet. I have a lean, a strong one. But nothing profound. Only time will tell.
