The more Duke plays in the slot the better. He's this decade's Reggie Bush.

Fisch ran the jet sweep with Duke last year against NC State and they snuffed it out. Later on he called the same play but Morris faked the hand-off to Duke, the safeties both froze, and Morris found Scott deep for a big gain which set up a TD.

Olsen Pierre on which of the new guys has impressed him the most first 2 days: "Gilbert from Wisconsin. He's fast, strong and very physical"

Praise Jeebus! Been saying since we got him that he's the most important addition to the team this year.

I said it first.

Is your name Kugler?

Do you mean the "Greatest Hurricane Fan?"

Great to hear, he made that nice play in the camp video #10

Around 2:00 is that Standish beating Bush to the corner?

Edit: yeah Olsen to Standish but I don't know if that was Bush

It only takes one step, especially on a shorter play like that. I remember talking to Josh Wilson, the corner from MD, a few years ago about that. He was a low 4.3 guy and he said that even a 4.7 will walk passed you with one wrong step. Everything just happens so quickly. That 4.3 may give you a better chance to recover but when you're beat, you're beat.

I get that. Not sure it's Bush to begin with, just assuming with the yellow jersey. Just more liking the fact it was Olsen hitting Dobard since those are two top flight prospects for us going forward. Not condemning Bush if it was him, especially in a yellow jersey, just cool to see is all.

What did I learn from this?? I learned that Herb Waters is a bad bad man!

Saw that too. He might be the breakout start on O if he develops the way he seemed to be towards the end of last year. That chip on his shoulder is pushing him exactly where he needs to go.
