Not worried about the receivers position nearly as much as I am of our OL if we don't sign Herbert and Slaton. Now if we fail to load up next year at DB and Receiver then....

I swear Miami is the only school where the "fans" want to bash the program over the smallest things. Yall are terrible but then again, most of these idiots are trolls.

I know right, I have no idea why we get upset over the smallest things like recruiting talented wide receivers.

So next time Brad Kaka or another QB takes a sack because none of the receivers we signed in 2017 were worth a **** and could get separation from the DB we need to remember how small that is.

Utter garbage. With a month left. That is ominus as **** no matter how you look at it. His team has had a year to build an incoming class. That is plenty of time. Especially if he was elite. He had the 4th highest winning percentage among active coaches over a 15 year period. You want to use Georgia's definition of elite, go right ahead and root for Kirby Smart and that freight train he has up in Athens.

And I bet Richt, Georgia AD, and all of their fans would have thrown the win percentage stat out the window for some actual success. 2 conference titles in 15 years, losing record against your rival (Florida) and no national championship appearance much less win in 15 years is not elite. No coach that isn't the miami coach being discussed by miami fans with that kind of **** list is being called elite.


He is a good coach, in the top half of the power 5, he is not elite with his results that matter - trophies.
 
Richt's resume is a bit overrated. Georgia is a very good program when it comes to resources (could be elite).

The fact that he was never elite with so much resources is glaring.

Been on the job a full year, had a full year to recruit a position that clearly has a shortage of playmakers, still can't land elite prospects.

Out of all duties as a head coach, recruiting is one of the few Golden did well with.
 
I admit I have turned out a bit during the dead period but what happened to cause a lost like the one that started this thread??

I believe it is fair to question the evaluation skills of this staff.

Bandy is a legit, obvious stud. Took far too long.

Harley is a very good fit in our offense. We offered some slugs ahead of him and were way too late.

Slaton took far too long to get prioritized.

RB recruiting right now has been mediocre.

There is a long list. In my mind, these guys need to be identified a year ahead of time and prioritized correctly. Always room for pop-up guys, but the way they'd done it is very confusing to me.

Let me be the first to complain about the final score of our opener next season. Richt should be fired after whatever that performance will be because it didn't live up to my expectations, whatever they are.

You can't tell most of the fans the truth ^ if it was up to them we wouid still have golden. Butch or kiffen is who we should of got
