Miami Vs. Clemson Game Thread 45-43 final

For the record, I'll take a one point win and walk around like we just beat the '91 Runnin Rebels.

That's your problem though, you have no middle ground. It's a regular season conference game. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yes, I get it. Its a conference game in February. I grew up in Arkansas where basketball is worshiped, studied and evaluated at every minute of every day from November to April. But this would be a bad, bad loss. Clemson is a bottom dweller, again, UVA was up by 30 on this same team earlier this week. Lose to UNC or Duke on the road, ok, UVA or Maryland, yeah ok, but you gotta take care of the bad teams, even on the road.

It's always better to win than to lose. This is the best team Miami has had in a long time and it's natural for people to feel like their recent level of play is tentative (especially considering the Florida Gulf Coast/Indiana State debacles), so we need to give people who are getting upset a little break.

We 'recently' beat UNC by 26 (a week ago.) This team has given us no reason to start doubting them now. It's just stupid to overreact over one game where both teams are shooting under 35%.

Have to put a little separation before the final few minutes, this game has a bad feeling to it right now.

Jefe, you from Arkansas? I'm a Razorback Law alumn, and lived there for ten years, have a house there

Again, I'm not overreacting, just think this would be a bad, bad loss. We're crazy good at home, so no worries, I just see an opportunity to be the number 2 team in the country. Indiana plays at MSU on Tues. or Wed next week, not unthinkable to see what is possible for this team.

Larkins worst game of the season so far. We can't hit an outside shot if our lives depended on it.
