Lol did this happen?
lol yeah man, **** was hilarious. Silk and some dude going at it on twitter, dude he was going at it with told him pull up. Silk did and was like documenting his trip like a van life vlogger. Taking pics of exit signs and whatnot. Shows up to an apartment complex, takes pic of the complex, dude walks out to confront him, Silk apparently slips in his self-admitted dollar general slides (why he wore slides to a fight is anyone's guess) and says he "sprained his ankle" trying to chase him and the fight was over. I dont think a single punch was thrown let alone landed so dude drove 45 min in sandals for a fight, ran at the FSU fan (chasing him, just to square up, whatever) fell, then went home. Then tried to pound his chest about it.

Where’s the CIS version of this?

I wrote about it a week or so ago.

For years, I thought @TheOriginalCane got into an e-beef on Ferman's board with another poster. The war of words began in the "War Room," and allegedly ended at "The Rat."

After some e-beefing, two Canesport posters agreed to have a quarrel to settle their differences at "The Rat."

One of the posters said he was going to wear a pinwheel hat, so he was easily identifiable. I am pretty sure he posted from the bar, eagerly awaiting his foe. Like silk and jgay, I don't think anything came of the situation.

Nonetheless, the pinwheel hat always made me laugh, because I thought @TheOriginalCane was the one wearing it. Turns out he wasn't even involved.

Good times. I love the boards, and hope they never change.

Say what now
lol @RVACane prob knows the story by heart. but short and sweet was some dude who claimed to live in Miami but was a UF fan was making wild accusations. I dont think he posts over there any more or got booted but he said without a doubt the FBI or some 3 letter entity was investigating Ruiz back when Ruiz was the face of NIl because Ruiz was actually tied in with the russian mob, then was the story about him getting into a legit firefight on I95 shooting at each other. Even UF fans called him out. I seem to recall one guy pulled the police reports from that day and said even in Miami a shootout on an interstate likely gets reported and it was crickets.

🤣 CryptoGator or something like that. He was a Cuban guy who got **** for it on their board. He lived in Dade or Broward and was like a degenerate gambler at the Casino in Broward. He supposedly got shot at on 595 or over that way for being a gator fan and then they said he disappeared in Bolivia or something lol maybe they just banned him on 247?? He was a card counting genius and had socialization anxieties and fears or some spectrum stuff.

@OriginalCanesCanesCanes and @TheOriginalCane were big fans of his work.

Not sure if grassy.com is around anymore but if it is you should go read the Danny Boy killed by a bear thread. That was peak Canes message board right there.

There was also a juggsy thread which is equally classic and difficult to top.

I only heard about Danny Boy and the bear, but never knew what the story behind it was. Just looked up classic threads, hoping its in there somewhere! Thanks for hooking me up fellas!

Hate to say it but that's a non-answer. If it was all BS it would've gotten shot down quickly, recruits see the rumors too. My guess is he's had/having discussions with at least 1 team.
For those saying Mario wouldn't have him in the building if that was the case, why not?
This is coaching, that's the business.
Lest we forget Mario himself was once here for only 2 weeks before bolting for a better opportunity, he gets it.
Until (if) Harris leaves, he's still employed by Miami and will be "in his office throughout the day."
