Not sure if rumor is true or not but i can promise you that Harris wouldn’t DM the gators twitter account and tell them before he made any type of decision knowing silk had a big mouth and would go straight to twitter.

If he was interviewing for an NFL gig I’m sure Mario is well aware and what is he supposed to do? Have him escorted out of the building until he’s made his decision? Lol
 
Got the low down from a Gator co-worker who's plugged in (ex-player).

Long story short, he was in shambles. Said Harris was unequivocally the best coach on their staff and is LITERALLY hands on with how he teaches technique. That's the good news.

The not so good news (for us at least), is he said Harris will be going to the Pros so enjoy him while he's here. Maybe not this year. Maybe not next. But he definitely has pro aspirations.
