Miami - Over 8.5

What website did you get 8.5? I took 9 but I'll cancel it right now if you could tell me where.

Line is right IMO. Good luck to all of you gonna outsmart the wiseguys. Go Canes. We beat the Gator, that 8.5 looks good.

BTW, who's giving 32.5 against FAU?

Are there any other good bets that you see out there on Total Regular Season Wins? I haven't had time yet to look at team's lines & their schedules.

FWIW the bet is Pitt + 10/10.5 at home vs. fsu. Love the stupidity of week one lines. Bank those $'s. The points are easy. Dump a little on the money line. This one might not make the fsu fan's sleep well. my 2 :drevil:

the idea that UM is "due" for 9 wins is why vegas makes billions of dollars off random fools

i don't think betting miami over 8.5 would be a bad bet but if someone held a gun to my head i'd say 8 wins. aside from depth issues all over the place, i'd like to see this program go through one season without dropping multiple winnable games before i just blindly say that it's gonna happen.

10 wins or better seems out of the question for me, 8 or 9 wins seems like an acceptable sweet spot considering the program's direction.

i agree that the number of returning starters is huge but this was a true talent 6 win team last year. remember that we beat GT because their kick returner somehow took a safety without being touched and beat NC st because they went offsides 10 times and also snapped the ball through their own end zone.

i think you could say that in 2012 miami could have won anywhere from 9 games to 5 games considering how they year played out and that just picking the middle number (7) is more or less what the true talent of the team was. but to me that felt like a year where we just got really lucky to not go 6-6.

so imo jumping to even 8 wins would be a nice step up depending on how things play out. 9 wins would be pretty awesome as well. 10 or more (which i'd say has like a 20% chance of happening) would be fantasy-level ****.

We've won 9 games once since 2005.

Yeah, those 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2011 teams have everything to do with the 2013 team.

I didn't know Robert Marve will be throwing to Farq-whatever this year. Good to know.

Lmao. Kayne Farq-whatever...dudes hyped equaled or surpasses what Coley is getting.
Yet the only moment of his I will ever remember was marve throwing it to high to him vs UNC.

I'll be leaving for Vegas in a few days, might not leave till next Aug. I killed it in baseball this year, met a guy in Vegas earlier in the year that taught me a great system. Way to many variables to tie up money on an over and under for a season. Two or 3 key players go down for any team and it changes everything.
