He was a UF commit once upon a time too.
He was Henderson's class, how does he have 3 years to play after next year?

I think you putting too much of this on Rumph. Miami is not at a level where they can consistently get 5 star recruits yet. Very few recruiters would have gotten those kids to stay home. And its not just on Rumph, Mark Richt also got his shot at them plently. But, like I said, they were probably leaving to the SEC no matter what.Naw bruh cane thru n thru. Their are just some red flags that need to be addressed. Rumphs recruiting, Dline recruiting which hopefully has been addressed, and CMRs play calling. Its just looking in the mirror type stuff. I want to win and win big but we cant do that without some tweaking.
Only two huh samuels not a corner, jobe not a cb/s. Lets not even mention if they after talented DBs like Troutman n wilson. Btw dont call ppl dumb when you yourself are not accurate when you comment. On a final note we pulled two legacies and a severely underated prospect in Ivey. If any coach, ever misses on an actual Blade, not the above guy lol, going to Miami they should be fired on the spot.
Because he wan't in Henderson class. He was a 2018 high school graduate. He was a UF commit once upon a time too.

Not making anything into an argument. You are commenting to a reply thOh shut up. We had to bring in a bunch of JUCO DL in 2001. It happens. Stop trying to make everything an argument about coaches you reflexive child.
I agree with you about consistently pulling 5*s. But these were not just any 5*s he coached these kids from pee wee to hs and still couldnt pull either of them. In fact it baffling to me what a small number of AH kids have picked Miami. Even when Rumph was the coach there. A head coach who was a prominent player at Miami had some success in the NFL and was "mentor", still getting no love from his player major red flag.I think you putting too much of this on Rumph. He's class of 2017. His 247 profile clearly says that. 2019 juco prospect as well.Because he wan't in Henderson class. He was a 2018 high school graduate.

It’s hard to crap on them too hard when they got three four star corners. Hasn’t been as strong as the recruiting at offensive skill positions but that’s because Miami had the best class in the country on offense last cycle.
To be fair, two of those three four star CBs are really more Safeties than CBs. For now, they are considered CBs because that's where we need them.
But yeah, it's not hard for us to bring in good CBs and Safeties. There are a gazillion of them within within an hours drive of Coral Gables.
a gazillion. They could f up and still sign good classes at that spot..which essentially what theyve been doing. If a ninja give a coach praise for landing a Blades (Al Jr) kid imma have to smh and say you dont understand or arent a real cane fan. Between them and Irving Jr's off springs those kids have/had no choice where they are going for school.
Thank you. They've (Rumph) done that 2-3 years now and could very well continue it with the '19 class. Just so much DB talent in our backyard - it's hard to not sign a good group.
Also to my earlier point - if Malek Young didn't have to quit football and/or if we land Tyson Campbell (which we should have), Frierson and probably Blades would be coming in as Safeties. Listing them as CBs makes our failure to land Campbell, Samuel, etc not look so bad.

The only reason 5 star dt’s and cb’s aren’t coming is due to bags period. You would think that a a coach like kool would have every DT in the nation knocking on the door. Now we have rumph and co turning 3 stars into draft picks, grad transfers into nfl starters. But it’s his recruiting that’s a problem?. I guess coley/tucker and their magical coaching history is what’s getting everyone to uga huh.
