Miami @ Louisville - 10/19/24

Watching Dawson call the plays on that offensive series after the missed fg and then watching this defense almost give up a td on just mind boggling, we have no killer mentality on offense, and defense is just incredibly bad. Just want one full complete game from both sides, just once, but that appears to hard to ask for.

The defense is what it is, unfortunately.

We can’t afford to miss on plays like Cam overthrowing X on that long pass last drive. That flips the field and probably leads to points.

Could have been up 31–14 and getting the ball to start the third. Instead, it’s a one score game.

Those are the big moments.

But but but BrooklynDee, thesis writer TOC and everyone said they go for home run plays and this duo would be more consistent…

Don’t know ball.
They went for home run plays and weren't consistent.

The others arent consistent and don't go for home run plays, they're going for the hot dog stand.

Defense is busted, specifically secondary. We all knew this going into the season, and it has come to fruition.

Portal CB + portal Safety, asap. And not some Vanderbilt scrub, we need guys who can ******* play.

With that being said, this is best QB and O remaining on the schedule (Syracuse not too far behind). Let’s score on 2H opening possession and continue to keep the pressure on UL.

Both sides should be better than this. Pathetic letting this QB all day and then tosses passes up and our dbs can’t react fast enough. And where the **** are our speed guys on O?

I just hope we don't get conservative with the play calling. Playing not to lose is exactly how we lose.

I think UL's defense is starting to figure the offense out. That's not good since it looks like we're going to have to win a shootout. Their D is making stops, ours is letting them score almost at will.
