Lol more and more lies to try and make themselves feel better...

LOL at <30k all year, not to mention the fact that a good portion of our 2018 targets has already been to at least one home game. These dudes live under a rock.
30k is way low and Notre Dame is going to be a huge crowd. however, they are correct we don't have a great home schedule this year.

Sh*t don't matter you want to know what our most attended games was in 2016 excluding fsu game? Famu and fau by far.... the stadium was more packed for them than unc, Pitt and duke. And at those 2 games it was mostly Miami fans too

Compare Hightown to Aldarius Johnson as a prospect. They look similar on film to me.

The focus is solely on Mark Pope and Xavier Williams now to round out the receiver class. Outside chance with Thompson, but Austin and Moore are backup plans at this moment.

4 is still the expected number at receiver.

Dam I really want Austin... I hope he falls to us some how

PeterAriz We know how you feel about Pope becoming a Cane, but what about Xavier Williams, how do you like our chances?

IF you don't think we get Xavier, who would you want to be the 4th receiver..your personal opinion

The problem with Aldarius is that he was about as lazy as your comparison.

With that said, Aldarius was an ELITE high school WR. My guess is he didn't put in the work to continue progressing. He seemed to lose speed in college and added bad weight--I remember him having a gut at UM.

In the same way we can compare Hightower to Aldarius, we can also compare him to Mike Williams (Clemson) or Devante Parker. All very similar skillsets and WR types. All (including Aldarius) are super talented. The level of success depends on a lot of things.

Xavier Williams sounds like he's too deep in the bag game for us to pull him.

He claims he has a better relationship with the coaches at Bama but the entire offensive staff is brand new. He also alluded to his parents favoring Alabama and I'd bet that has a lot to do with the money.

gcane44 , How about these comparisons, just off the top of my head...

Aldarius Johnson and Ryan Moore (although Ryan Moore had a higher HS rating, both flopped for the same reason)

Hightower and Hankerson (Believe Hightower has a higher HS rating, but Hankerson put in work here and got better each year. Similar skillset IMO)

Aldarius "Poo Hands" Johnson.... One of the most disappointing recruits in our history.

disagree, Williams and Parker have speed that Hightower and Aldarius don't posses. Wish Hightower was easily separating from DBs in his film, but it aint the case. He is good at making contested catches though.....

FOH with these AJ comparisons. Why even bring him up knowing the sad history.

The quality of our recruits is through the roof, the quality of some of our porsters, not so much
