Miami interested in Will Grier?

He's talented but he was rather average with the exception of Ole Miss. He turned the ball over pretty frequently and he played the easier part of the schedule for UF.

QB depth is never a bad thing. No one is saying he would come in and start over Kaaya or even Allison but it beats the **** out of being one hit away from a guy like Gray Crow getting meaningful reps.

Their offense was actually pretty decent with him, then became god awful after suspension . He's talented , it hurts nothing to bring him in

Cribby lets be honest, their offense was decent against a weaker slate of teams. No doubt he was/is better than Treon but besides Ole Miss he was rather average against the rest of their opponents. He should remain in NC or go to a Conference USA team.

They were far better with him. With a god awful ol.... I mean atrocious . Dude actually impressed me making plays with legs and some of those throws . Their playmaker situation was pathetic too. Their go to guy was a true freshmen and nobody else.

He completed 65.6 % of passes with 10 td 3 int , not too bad for what surrounded him

I don't know. That schedule was suspect. He struggled most of the UT game and Missouri game. He also fumbled a lot. I just think his production would have been different if he faced LSU, UGA, Bama, FSU and Michigan. Thats a gauntlet.

UT game: 23/42 2 TD's 1 INT 283 yards came back from 13 down in the fourth

Mizzou game: 20/33 208 yards

UT total defense ranking: 36th ranked total defense,

Mizzou total defense: 6th ranked in total defense,

He is young, can play, and his head is in the right place he's worth a go if you think he has a chance of helping your team.

Tough crowd around here trying to downplay his success there. The offense was night and day without him.

I'm not trying to be funny but with Missouri's schedule, plenty of teams would have ranked high defensive wise. They weren't playing many offensive juggernauts if any. Their defense was not better than FSU, Bama, UGA, LSU and even Michigan. Look at their schedule, of course they were ranked higher.

As I stated before, the kid is talented but he also benefitted from playing the easier part of the schedule. He was rather average with the exception of 1 game. He is better than Treon but Treon also looked good against NMSt and ECU. Heck Treon was making plays against LSU. I don't think ots so much that he made the offense look better but rather the opponents. However, teams caught on snd UGA, FSU, Bama and Michigan were harder opponents. I don't think UM needs him. And if he left UF because he wasn't promised the starting gig upon his return then he isn't coming here for depth.

Lauderdale, if you're going to not give a guy credit for doing well by saying Missouri's defense didn't face any good offenses while I'm turn saying they aren't FSU, Bama, UGA, etc.....

Then how would you rate BK on the season, any season for that matter? He doesn't face too defenses, so can we wash his numbers down the drain to?

Shut your mouth. Kaaya is John Elway and I don't want to hear anymore about it.

Looked like a **** good young QB to me who got better the more he played. Showed tremendous confidence moxy and toughness for a guy getting his first action and played better against better opponents as he gained experience.

I don't know where dopes are getting the idea that he was doing anything other than a really good job as a first time starter in a bad offense.
