You beat me to it. I was going to say he was brilliant against Ole Miss. Plus, that comeback against Tennessee showed a lot of poise. Florida was a much different offense with him at the helm.

He didn't make Florida's offense okay. He made Florida's offense good. I personally don't care one way or the other, but as a first year starter he really matured against Tennessee and he was outstanding against Ole Miss. He played well against Missouri. Missouri had a tremendous defense finishing #5 in scoring defense and #6 in total defense. Their offense was just awful.

He didn't make Florida's offense okay. He made Florida's offense good. I personally don't care one way or the other, but as a first year starter he really matured against Tennessee and he was outstanding against Ole Miss. He played well against Missouri. Missouri had a tremendous defense finishing #5 in scoring defense and #6 in total defense. Their offense was just awful.
