Next yr our 3rd down pass rush as of right now:
EDGE: Nyjalik Kelly / Lightfoot
DL: Bain / JHH /
DL: Mesidor / Campbell / Archeompong
Edge: Bain / Wayne / Cyrus Moss /
I’d expect Horton to get some looks during obvious passing situations regardless of what JHH does. Moss is never going to play here, hate to say it but that’s just facts.

Elias Rudolph will get snaps next year at EDGE before Cyrus

I think Bain is outstanding. But really don’t think he is capable of playing 2 positions at the same time.
Thats to show he can do either. When he's at edge, JHH would be inside. When he's inside to rush, Wayne would be the next guy.

Yeah Horton would be listed after JHH.

Eh Not so sure about Rudolph. Personally I expect Moss to possibly transfer. But at some point he's gotta put on weight, right? There are plenty of guys that weigh 230-240 that rush the passer. **** we had Wes rushing a lot at ege... Moss can probably do that on CLEAR pass rush situations.

Kid seems mad immature which is expected since he's still a child lol. He needs to stay in high school another year to develop and mature as a young man. He likely will not contribute his first year maybe even his second due to his age/size. Y'all really think with the way he's already moving he'll be mature enough to wait a year or two to play? After that Jackson kid that reclassified and left I'm good on this idea and willing to concede to FSU and let him be their headache.

He's staying outside. No way he gets moved inside to get double teamed even more.
Most of the time when bigger ends get moved inside, it’s to take advantage of matchups against much lesser interior linemen. In high school and college the best linemen play tackle. Interior guys are the guys who just aren’t good enough to play outside so they can get beat more easily by a skilled pass rusher. Clear example was when Central played IMG last year and Bain was matched up against Mauigoa. Francis kept him in check for a while but the Central coaches moved him inside and he proceeded to take the OG’s lunch over and over and dominated the game.

1000% committed to Miami. Flips to FSU….solid to FSU. A few weeks later, continues to visit Miami, leaves the door open. What’s with these guys?
Part immature and part he probably really likes both programs. Plus these coaches and staffs are getting paid millions a year to recruit and are also spending to court these kids. In Mario’s case a majority of the reason he gets 8MM is for his recruiting prowess and relentlessness on the trail. He is a paid professional to convince and change minds to attend Miami.
Kid is talented but he's already a **** headache. Hope the staff vets him enough to know he's worth it if we somehow flipped him back cuz I know he won't contribute year 1.
Just stack talent. Sometimes these kids bust, other times they hit. Nobody talks about the Bama busts because they stack and when you do that eventually someone steps up.

Honestly not sure you want to be the first to sign this kid... he's probably not going to make a big impact as a freshman and will want another bag, would almost rather just take him year two as a transfer and use up his free one.

Agreed; better he bust here than elsewhere...meaning you take the risk with players of this caliber (the only exception of course would be if there are character issues) because he raises your floor even if he busts. But, his ceiling is so much higher than your typical 3-star (South Florida 3 star or not) that even as a bust he would be no different than said 3-star.

You bring in the talent and rely on your culture and roster to maximize the kid's potential.

A future passing rushing DL of Wayne, Bain, Blount, and Lightfoot would be fun to watch.
