Miami #8 in increased attendance

Miami attendance low vs some of the major programs? shocking....unless you consider:
1. Size of enrollment
2. Stadium seating capacity
3. Stadium location (well documented)
4. Other competition for sports entertainment dollars (Dolphins, Heat, Marlins, Etc)
5. Other competition for entertainment dollars (Miami vs Gainesville/Tallahasee arguement)
6. Noon games in the hot fl sun
7. General accessibility of stadium once you drive thru traffic to get into parking lots
8. Last, but not least, quality of product. Again, well documented on this board but winning does help put butts in seats. Past 10 years have not been kind.

By far the biggest factor, IMO, is the quality of the product. That means a winning UM team paired with a perceived quality opponent. WF, Duke, Sav ST., and a bunch of others are never going to draw here no matter how good the Canes are.
