Mel Tucker is a Corch [Suspended after investigation...now fired]

Bumping now.

Former DC that can't even handle a Pitt team with no OC and playing their 8th string QB.

This guy is an absolute corch that lucked into a stud RB transfer and beyond mongoloid boosters that were willing to pay him like he's elite when he's going to lose AT LEAST 4 games per year there before they have to eat his contract.

He’s what would happen if Blake James was an AD with money

We watching the same game?

These mich st players need to make plays.

Defense has only given up 14 pts.

If every new hire Coach this cycle gives him 5% of first year salary, he is set. Would have saved the Mas brothers some serious cash.

Standing by my original assessment and not just playing the result today (this is just what Purdue does to people).

-Mich State will end up with at least 3 losses in what will prove to be a mediocre Big Ten

-That "big" win at home against Michigan will end up not looking that impressive

-Their OOC schedule was trash.

My only question is if the faux shine will wear off Tucker or Franklin at Pedo State first before they're offered another job this year.
OOC schedule trash? That includes us.

i'd like to see what he can do without walker destroying everything in his path.
That's like saying let's see what Clemson can do without Lawrence and Etienne.

Give credit where credit is due. Tucker put together a roster he could win with in his 2nd year utilizing the portal. He didn't grab a bunch of 5 stars like Bama. He identified players that fit what he's trying to do. Guys looking for new homes. Most impressive is him getting them to come together and play as a team.

That's what a head coach does. He manages the roster and sets the culture for the program. Tucker has been in the game a long time. He knows how to coach. Give the man his props!!!

They’d still be losing. Either way I’d be skeptical about paying this $9.5 million.
That’s they business and did they act to fast giving out that money. Yes. They didn’t want their coach poached so they ponied up the cash to make sure there was no chance of that happening

Another game given away by Lashlee's epic 6 game losing streak to power 5 teams. where his offense comes out and does absolutely notheing for the entire first half. Lack of game plan and turnovers.
The quarterback threw two picks and fumbled twice. The defense gave up 38 points. But you’re pinning this one on the offensive coordinator? Interesting take.

the defense, which is terrible gave up 14pts after said QB had back to back turnovers in the 4th quarter. Miami didn't lose that game because of the defense. lost the game because the offense threw up all over themselves. its ok to be objective. Not interesting take just objective.

it's not comparable to clemson. dabo was winning before lawrence and etienne. tucker has had exactly one good year as a head coach on the back of a heisman finalist and got a $9.5m/year extension. if we had an ooc schedule last year and won those 2 games, would manny have deserved a monster extension for bringing in king and lashlee? that's what happened at michigan state this year. he might end up being great but the raise was premature and absurd.

And a TE who drops a sure TD and K who blows a chip shot FG.

Tyrique also dropped an INT that would have taken points off the board in the red zone.

Lolz.

So what. Don't hate on him because he got paid. If MSU over paid, then that's their business. They paid him to stay and not take the LSU job.

Now you're just making silly comparisons to Diaz.

You could point to a number of teams that had soft OOC schedules. Miami included. We played Bama, but we normally only play 1 competive OOC game. Same goes for Pitt and Clemson..
Oklahoma is another team, but you want to get your *** hairs all bunched up over Mel Tucker.
