And a quick note on Manny. The media needs to grow up on that score. If you’re going to do a hit piece, at least do some homework. There are plenty of legit cultural issues that need to be changed, but she didn’t touch on any of them.

Manny, a defensive coach, was four 3rd/4th and longs from winning games-- putting them away, Finishing, being disciplined -- that would have kept him his job here.

The Cane's fan base is betting this HC has a bit more experience than to let that many of those games, slip from his grasp. He will find a way to prevail, not succumb, because he demands more, will present a more accountable and disciplined product; has won conference championships, and is coming off a signature win season where he beat a regular Playoff Team (Ohio State).

Miami needs a culture change more than a coaching change

Too much toxicity has been a feature at Miami over the years, and hiring the best coach and athletic director money can buy won't alone fix the Hurricanes.

I always say in my business that 100 people can tell me what the problem and they are all useless. Find me the 1 person who can identify the solution.

Yea I’m confused what her point is . Is she taking shots at boosters or UM leadership ? You can’t change the culture a coach and AD helped create, without replacing that coach and AD . UM leadership (Frenk and his guys) is the one who made this happen . If it was as she describes , we would’ve kept Manny

Manny had 3 years. This season Clemson **** the bed, and we had to watch the team we beat at their place win the ACC title. All because we **** the bed against a few 6-6 teams.
