Mcfarland has Dalvin Cook upside. They are physically the same.
Cook has elite acceleration that's the difference than him and most backs . He separates quickly, top in speed might be the same but how long does it take him to reach it?

If you notice, McFarland actually has the better 20 yard split. Meaning he has the better acceleration at the same age. Also a higher vert. Both are good indicators of explosiveness.

Yep. Finally saw his film and dat boi is a MUST GET MONSTER!

McFarland is the key to this class.

Kid is elite.

Dalvin Cook type potential.

If healthy he has a good chance of winning the job.

All of this is wrong.

Kid's going to be good. But yeah, Dalvin Cook types come by every 10-15 years.

No they don't. Idk if McFarland is on Cook's level, but that type of back comes around way more often than every 10-15 years.

Cook is a great back, but that's just a ridiculous statement. Just got through the list of backs that have played in the last 10-15 years. There's plenty.

Cook's the best RB to ever come through at FSU. And he's the single reason we've lost to FSU the last two years. I can't recall ever a moment a collective joy from a fanbase for any FSU player leaving early.

Mac is a dream pairing with Perry. With just those two players you have so many options to move the ball down the field. Mac can line up in multiple spots, and De Matha uses him all over the place, often in the slot as well as the backfield. And he performs exceptionally at both.

I don't think he's as good as Cook. Cook wasn't just elite, he was special. You often don't even realize how versatile Cook was. But that being said, Mac compares favorably with his skillset.

I hope we land him .

McFardland is an importat recruit. Another guy who challenges teams to tackle in space.

The Under Armour dude is going to lock this up. I don't think Miami has a shot. Too bad

McFarland, call me crazy but if he signs with us great, but if not I kind of really don't care. We already have one fragile running back in this class and I can't say I'd love another one. If I had my pick of the two it would be McFarland.

Wish we had gone after Davis. That's the back I wanted the most we had contact with early. Lemmons was my second choice, sounds like he may be a head case, but the dude can play. Felix, I wasn't ever that thrilled with him, but if we need a stopgap who can play multiple positions, he'd fit the bill.

Ultimately, he and Burns will have to prove it to me for me to get excited about either of them. ****, I'd probably start a pool on who gets injured first.

The Golden Years have turned this fanbase into a bunch of pussies.

Stop fretting every little change or delay in a recruit's process. He's had us in the lead for a long time. If he ends up wasting his career at Maryland then **** him and watch Richt bring in a talented RB who actually wants to be here.

Burns open to replacing Marquez at FB to get on the field early.

This is insanity.

He is nowhere near Cook's level and he's not going to have any chance of winning the starting RB job.
