RB Homer Impresses

West Palm Beach (Fla.) Oxbridge Academy running back Travis Homer had the top SPARQ score on the day after recording a 4.55-second forty, 4.03-second short shuttle, 37-inch vertical jump and a 40-foot power ball toss at 5-foot-10, 195-pounds. On top of the elite combine numbers, Homer was the best running back in pass protection drills.

That 4.55 laser 40 is legit fast along with a near 4-flat shuttle. Really looking forward to seeing Homer carry the ball this spring and beyond.

RB Homer Impresses

McFarland is even faster, I believe he ran a 4.51 laser timed. Maybe not anymore since Homer has been S & C for a year. I'm very high on Homer but I really think McFarland has the most potential of all the RB's on our roster.

He's explosive, shifty, breaks tackles, has good vision and can catch well. I have high expectations for him.

I think you thin skinned fans aren't getting what I'm saying. I'm not saying I think he ends up there. But they have kept stabs on him in case Harris goes to Michigan which for a sec seemed like it would happen. If that were too happen, which is unlikely, there's a good chance he ends up at bama.

Bama has 2 backs with the top back in the country on campus right now. Mcfarland aint going there.

Didn't say I was up to date on bama's recruiting and I knew he was planning on enrolling early but didn't see that he did. I was referring to something two weeks back that I had not heard an update on. I don't follow recruiting on general as closely bc it's all bs at the end of the day and the teams that pay more get the recruits they want for the most part
