Mark Fletcher commits to Miami and a discourse on the history of greatest NFL runnings backs

Fletcher reminds me of a taller Barry Foster. Anybody remember him? Dude barely played like 5 seasons, was a 2 time Pro Bowler and 1 time All Pro....and then got injured but recovered but then just retired and went back to Texas or Arkansas.
I do. Liked Barry and he almost hit big. Bettis right after him, right?

I rewatched the Cal game and I LOVED Fletcher's demeanor with the Tito Ortiz lookalike at LB. Kid never made a play unless it was five yards off the ball. Mark juked him bad in the hole on one play and got tackled after a four yard gain on the next. Tito Jr ripped his towel and threw it. Mark immediately popped up and confronted him. Next play Tito Jr pushed Jacolby after the play (fortunately was flagged) and Fletcher was, again, all over him.

Mark is going to be such a leader next season. I'm hoping a spring of weights and spring ball help him get stronger and more balanced. He's going to be so fun to watch in the fall.

Steelers fan here. We loved Barry foster. His career was just too short.
