And shows absolutely zero signs of improving! I've rarely come across a head coach as dreadful as Mario in terms of game day coaching. He's abysmal!

I’d rather Diaz was HC- at least with him there was a possibility he would be held accountable for failure.

Manny was 21-15 while Mario is 22-16...same basic record though Manny's winning % is actually higher. Pathetic considering Manny was paid half what Mario makes and Mario has benefited from tens of millions of $$ for assistants and recruiting that Manny never had
