Mario Cristobal offers no discernable advantage

I love these old threads where I see that I posted. Cause I have no idea what my post said. So I search it out to see if I was an idiot or not. Hhahaha
I will say the reason I bumped it isn’t necessarily to clown anyone but I appreciate my guy @RiDLer80 laying it all out there like this

Mario would still bring in top 10-12 recruiting classes every year. My thing with him is gameday coaching. We've seen coach after coach lose 2-3 games a year against far less talented teams. He'd be a better hire than any of our previous hires because I think he'd be the most consistent recruiter we've had since Butch. I just think he's limited when it comes to X's and O's which would put a ceiling on the program.
Like clockwork.

Heisman level QB and couldn't even make the ACCCG.

No matter what it all lands on the head coach. Today the actual coaching part is the small end of it.

Mario is here for a long time. We missed a major major opportunity this year but we’ve just got to hope he can keep recruiting and portaling and build an ACC title roster.
And coaching?? How's he going to fix that? Guidry would have been fired by any top program that was actually serious about winning. Now we all get to watch Mario move at a snail's pace to make changes if he plans on anything at all.

Cristofail will never have enough talent to out-talent opposing teams to compensate for his terrible coaching.

Either he finally admits his shortcomings (or is forced to admit this by the Administration) and assembles an all star coaching staff… or next year without a Cam-caliber QB will be ugly.
