Everyone menstruating over Rumph should read the article on CS about Tyson Campbell, we're in the lead for him & he considers Rumph to be a father figure.

In one of his first interviews after getting the DB job he was talking about recruiting and said, "who is going to tell me no"? Apparently every ******* body.

Exactly,how dare we expect him to be able to be able to get 1 or 2 of his former players to want to play for him again at miami.Us cane fans have such unrealistic expectations,lofty goals.

That's fair but nobody wants to hear this, because the excuses have been rolling in for years. It's always next year. Right now our recruiting is on the same level as the past staff. We have some good players but overall it's just not good enough to take the next step.

Yeah, so let's just fire Rumph and forfeit the rest of the season because we didn't land any of the AH kids.

Did I say that? No. Still it's disappointing when it comes from a recruiting standpoint. Let's see how he does actually coaching.

Terrible or spot on? Pull your head or the sand so far Rumph has pulled 0 . He gets a few next year so what we're talking about this year . Heck he can coach better than recruit

I'm not doing anything. I agree that the criticism can be over the top we haven't seen yet how his CB perform.
BUT to give him a pass for this year and to say no look to this other year down the line is ridiculous as well.
Long way to go to NSD so we will see how it all works out.
The CB's he is missing on are CB's that knew him before he hired here.
