Scarlett isn't happy because he's a 3rd string RB and UF just picked up a commitment from Lemons. Bruce wasn't big enough to play in Macs system as he likes taller receivers. He didn't recruit Powell and Callaway is 4 inches taller than Bruce. Let's look at his WR recruits ...Cleveland (#2 WR by the way) is 6'2, Swain is 6'1, Massey and Wells are 6'0, Daquan Green is 6'1, Target James Robinson is 6'3.
