Based on resume, no.

Based skill set & upside, maybe, no way of knowing that until he starts a full season.

I don’t think anyone is making an argument that he’s better than TVD (at least no one rational), but given the tools he has the potential for him to be good is there & (speaking for myself) IF TVD were to leave he’d be a good candidate moving forward to see what he can do with an at the very least serviceable OC.

It’s more of a speculative projection forward in the event of a Spring transfer discussion, than it is saying he’s better than TVD.

Whether he can get back to his 2021 level after injuries and the mental aspect of last year is still a question mark to me.
