You can continue to believe that he dropped LSU. I think it's the exact opposite. LSU put him on the back burner completely.
so why did they allow him at all the home games to start the season off? and why would he still consider them? don't read what national recruiting analyst say look at facts throughout the recruiting process
Why would they let him go to home games? Are you serious? What did it hurt them to allow him to walk across the street and attend games? UM has let a lot of local kids come to our games and then stopped recruiting them. Letting a local kid attend games isn't a big deal.
He's a great player, and they were interested in him. They're probably still somewhat interested in him if they have him scheduled for an official visit. They let their class shape up and kept him on the back burner in case some things didn't come through for them with guys higher on their board. We did the same thing with Cunningham and many others. It happens EVERYWHERE and all the time.
You know what else happens EVERYWHERE and all the time? A local kid that feels the need to get out of town for any number of reasons. The only facts that we have to look at is that LSU offered him, in fact very early and were on him, and his favorite school growing up is Miami. Those are the facts. No where has it been said that LSU cooled on him, or they're slowplaying him. No one knows for sure, but lets not try and pretend that you do. Its ok to have differing opinions...and I respect everyone's.
I believe that he just isnt as interested in them as many other Louisiana kids are.
Actually, it has been said that LSU cooled on him. That "don't pretend you know" rap goes both ways.
I never pretended to know anything if that's what you were alluding to. So far I've only noticed one person playing fantasyland in this thread.
