Was literally posting this. Some really dense people in the thread failing to realize Louisville was never going to show on the road, 6 days removed from emptying the clip in our game.

James Madison scored 13 points against FCS gardener Webb, and then the NEXT week scored 70 points against UNC

each week is different - it's more likely that we broke Louisville's spirit because we eliminated them from ACC title contention

Looks like they’ve been playing a lot of coverage and not getting bogged down with exotic blitzes and slow developing stunts

Alabama beat UGA then lost to Vandy and Tennessee and almost lost to SC. They also put up 41 points against UGA's defense and only 25 on SC and 17 on Tennessee.

So does that mean SC and Tennessee and Vandy > UGA?

You can't look at any of these teams and assume they perform the same every week.

Louisville played at home in a sold out stadium against a top 5 team last week on ABC.

Now they're playing away just 6 days later on a Friday night missing one of their better players who just opted out. Very different set of circumstances.

Fact is it’s a combo. Beating us means more than beating a ******* BC or whoever the ****. Our guys also get compliant and play down and make folks look better than they are. It’s a terrible combo. Only one side of it can ever be fixed.
