You guys are gonna be blown away when you start working and realize just how much of the world runs on nepotism.

One of the worst directors I ever worked for, it turned out she was like the CTO's sister or something. Coaching is no different; in fact, it exemplifies it.

Richt's son was our QB coach with no visible expertise or requisite experience, he's just the coach's son. D'Onofrio was Golden's best man at his wedding (or vice versa, can't remember), of course he wasn't going to fire him. Look at Deion with his kids...

I had a strength coach at UM tell me not to get into coaching because it's all about relationships, not how good you are. Said he saw time and time again really good coaches getting passed over because so and so used to play ball for the coach, or had a relationship through another coach, etc. There's always a connection.

Keeping McCoy in the whole game or even playing Kinsler wouldn't have changed the outcome of the game.... Hate to break it to you. Cristobal being in there should not be associated with Miribal being trash lol

If you actually watch the play, Rivers got destroyed on the inside. At least pretend like you know ball before you comment
