Correct, I believe it was settled 2 months ago or so. Like a week recruiting ban and a 4 day ban in Spring.

He was fired for it so it’s all clear now either way. The penalty disappears when you change schools on a level 3 since it’s institution enforced technically

O’Connor and I’m loving our DBs next year. Still thin at safety but Zion Branch on the board and some other decent options out there still.
