Since technically they are NIL deals arent they attached to meet and greets, commercials and social media posts as well which are based locally at the school they are enrolled in as well?
Yes, there is definitely money that flows after enrollment.
Normally, there is a calendar of payment dates, and all of the "requirements" just happen when they happen. Then, if a guy DIDN'T meet his obligations, the school could stop paying.
But it's not like you go to an autograph signing and get a check at the same time. At least as to how Miami's methodology has been described to me. I can't say if every school does it the same, but Miami tries to pay on intervals.
Depending on the football season schedule, there may not be as many meet-and-greets as in the off-season.
