Miami needs to allocate money in this order of priority: QB, DT, Corner/Safety, LB. We desperately need some big interior war daddies, otherwise we’re compromising our investment in the secondary and linebacker. Those are not mutual exclusive. I think our lack of push and pass rush was the reason teams felt so comfortable game planning to exploit our secondary.

I think if you look at a lot of the talent teams, those with a lot of 5* players, there are certain positions that require those types of guys. CB, S, DT, QB, OT, and to a lesser extent WR.

Not in that order, but yes, those would be the priority positions. QB, DT and OT are the critical ones to get in HS because the top shelf versions at these positions don’t come available that often in portal.

There shouldn't be an existing "budget" for how bad the Wefense is
