HS recruiting is the focus!
We're going to do it the right way!!
The portal is just to supplement our elite HS recruiting!!!
We will have an elite close and grab 6-10 P4 starters from the portal to supplement that, and anyone saying otherwise hasn't been paying attention!!!!

They've been arrogantly preaching about how spending big on high school recruits is a waste and that we should focus on the portal instead. Anybody who doesn't agree is a fool.

Well.. they got their wish.

It's a terrible strategy for FSU, but not for us apparently.

This isn't even about Mario's recruiting. I'm positive he's not a fan of it either.

And as recently as earlier this month when the recruiting narrative was still, "watch us flip everyone". If any poster dared raise the fact we were running out of time, the response was something like, "where were you last year?" (only usually with more of a smart *** tone).
