This has changed. They had to be entered by May 1stI was under the impression that graduated transfers can jump into the portal at any time. The issue is that schools have fixed enrollment sessions/dates.

Agree 100%, if you have graduated you should have more freedom to transfer not relying on portal windows.Recent (and bogus) rule change.
