Is he WR1? No. But if they want a safe WR3 at 6’3’’ that can high point the ball (good hops, 3-time state champ in basketball in high school in NY), we could do far worse.

He’d probably be cheaper too, if their focus is to spend money on the DTs/CBs/RB. It just all depends on what their plan of attack is.
