If Davenport doesn't tear up his knee against Ohio St...he'd have been an All time UM Great....6'1 245 lbs...and ran a 4.35 40....AbsurdI forgot. Lamar Miller was fast as **** for a man of his density.
At one time he was probably the best back up RB/pass catching FB in the nfl though. If Davenport doesn't tear up his knee against Ohio St...he'd have been an All time UM Great....6'1 245 lbs...and ran a 4.35 40....Absurd
He was the best out of McGahee, and Portis coming out of HS....If he doesn't tear his knee up in 99....he without a doubt is the starter in 2000....ask Sarge about him...He Loved him..At one time he was probably the best back up RB/pass catching FB in the nfl though.
Nate is definitely fast, but there’s levels to speed; Mike Harley was fast but it would be insane to compare him to Tyreek Hill.

Davenport was even better...and I loved Stewart...For sure. I'll also had that had James Stewart had his head on right, he would have been THE GOAT, imo.

Soldinger coached both....said Davenport was better than McGahee and Portis coming out of HS....Stewart was Lazy...and cost himself millions..Honestly, it's hair splitting b/c both were 220-230 guys coming out of HS with 4.3/4.4 speed. James was a bonafide track guy in HS as well (10.5/10.6 100m). Both, had they not had issues, would have been incredible.
