I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but it was bad judgement on my part...
I guess he really believed once the spac thing went through he would be on easy street.... Lesson learned - Don't put the horse before the cart....

We dont have nor has UM ever had monetary issues. It has always been a willingness from the administration to spend.
