The amount of **** I have been told alone has been so off it's a little concerning. At this point, only a really good season will likely help this class out. And 8 wins is not good.

They're not connected. That's the point. They were connected when Ruiz was leading the NIL negotiations. But now he's not so they're not. ... Also, I don't think a good season is going to save any of the verbals. We may flip one or two, and that could definitely jump us a few spots on the rankings. But overall, winning will help us with uncommitted recruits, portalers or 2025/2026 kids, not 2024 recruits verballed elsewhere.

I am not only speaking on those who work at LFW. There have been people here all cycle who have been completely off. And it's not there fault. They can't control what is being fed to them. Those feeding the info are the one's who simply have been off all cycle. Trust me, I know. Because the majority of what I have been told this cycle has been off.

And when I stated only a good season will help this class out, that simply meant make it respectable. In this day and age of NIL, flipping blue chip recruits is going to be far and few in between.

I mean if he's being forced to commit when he doesn't want to - has explicitly said he's not closing his recruitment and wants to OV during season, meanwhile one school is offering some multiple of $10k to commit to them, while we are offering exactly $0... Financially it's a reasonable decision. Collect money with zero strings attached, and still make your decision later.

This is what happens when you're cheap and have no NIL. This is what happens when your admin doesn't give a **** about football for 30 years.

We're like the homeowners who cheaped out on maintenence and let our house rot for 30 years... now the foundation is cracked, termites are in the walls, the AC's are gone, the furnace exploded and the paint is peeling off the walls. Miami thinks if they just mow the lawn (hire Mario, upgrade some new facilities), then that will make everything better. It won't. The foundation is cracked due to 30 years of neglect and ****** care.

In all honesty, Miami might never be "back" because this house is too far gone - the only thing left to do is condemn the house and rip it down to the studs. Maybe it can be salvaged, but it would take a lot more investment and effort than what we're seeing right now from Miami's admin.

Just for the record, if anyone thinks this comes out of thin air… you’re way off base. The comments about FSU this week, I received the same thing over the weekend and have the receipts.

It is what it is and I said it before, the info is only as good as what is being provided this year.
 
I just wish people would wait for a guy about to announce to actually not pick us before everyone constantly ******* and acts like its the end of the world and like the pick is already in, when it's not. Yall leap to so many conclusions its insane. We have literally the entire football season to go before it's NSD.

We reached the Al Golden years of blaming fans much quicker than I expected.

Next up is the Mark Richt years where the highly ranked recruits don't pan out. Hopefully Miami gets a 10 win season out of it like Richt did
